These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of sidekickscare.com (the "Website"), operated by Sidekicks Care ("Sidekicks Care," "we," "us"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Our services

Sidekicks Care provides non-medical home care services, such as personal care assistance, companion care, homemaking, transportation and errands, respite care and support after a hospital stay. We do not provide skilled nursing or medical services unless otherwise licensed. Services, schedules and service areas are subject to availability and may change.

Not for emergencies. The Website, its forms and our email are not monitored around the clock. If you or someone else is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

2. Not medical advice

Content on the Website is general information about our services. It is not medical, legal or financial advice and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Always speak with a physician or other qualified provider about medical questions.

3. Care requests

Submitting a care request or calling us does not create a client relationship or an obligation for either party. Services begin only after a consultation and a written service agreement signed by Sidekicks Care and the client or the client's authorized representative. The terms of that agreement, including rates, scheduling and cancellation, govern the services.

4. Information you submit

You agree to give accurate information in any form. If you submit information about another person, you confirm that you have their permission or are legally authorized to act on their behalf. Please do not send medical records or detailed health information through the Website. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you submit.

5. Job applications

Applying through the Website does not guarantee an interview or employment. Positions may require background screening, reference checks and other requirements under Florida law before hire. 6. Communications
